Digital downloads means — no shipping of resources

Due to the digital nature of Caroline Koehler’s Celavora Education, nothing is shipped to you. Yippee! You’ll receive your resource(s) right away.

All resources are digital downloads. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive your download link(s) and receipt via email to the email you used during checkout. If you do not see your email after a few minutes, here are some steps to take:

  • Check your spam and/or promotions folders. Sometimes the emails can be filtered there.
  • Check your inbox for an email from me:  caroline@celavora.com.
  • Be sure you are using the same email address you used during checkout.
  • You can also log onto my https://celavora.com/my-account/ here to get access to your purchases at anytime.

Returns & Refunds of Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of Caroline Koehler’s Celavora Education resources, all sales are final. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me. I will consider refunds/exchanges on a case by case basis for digital products. I want you to be happy with your purchase.

Please reach out if you have any issues or experience trouble receiving or downloading your purchase.

Difficulty Printing?

  • Every computer and printer is different. Please test a page or two before printing an entire resource. 
  • For pages heavy in text or images “Print as Image.”
  • If your printer is printing pages and leaving off the outside edges, make sure to select, “Scale to fit to paper” to fix this error.
  • Allow make sure your pop-up blocker is turned off and pop-ups are allowed in order for the web browsers to download the digital resource.
  • Make sure to download all resources via a desktop as they open in Adobe Reader or Microsoft Office.
  • Make sure you are using the most updated Adobe reader: https://get.adobe.com/reader/.
  • Always download and view packet in Adobe Reader, not in “Preview” or “Browser.”

Custom Scripts and Templates for TPT Mac Automation Script Suite

These are customizable Python script templates, not finished, plug-and-play software. Each script comes with a ready-to-use, fill-in-the-blank prompt you can paste into Claude (or another AI) to help personalize it for your specific setup, folder structure, store details, and branding. The templates cover a wide range of common TPT seller needs, including product image updates, description and preview management, downloadable file swaps, category and featured product rotation, flash sales, review scraping and replying, TPT-to-WooCommerce product creation, WordPress media uploads with AI-generated alt text, member list syncing, sales data analysis and reporting, PowerPoint generation, date standardization, and more.

They were developed and tested on a Mac (M-series) using Python, Selenium/Chrome automation, and standard macOS tools. They are intended as starting points that you adapt to your own computer, file organization, store platforms, and workflows.

These Are Templates — You Must Customize and Test Them

  • The scripts will not work perfectly on your computer or store without editing and configuration.
  • You are responsible for providing your own folder paths, store credentials (via secure login methods where possible), API keys or tokens where required, and any platform-specific details.
  • Platform interfaces, APIs, and requirements change over time. You (or the AI you work with) will need to update the scripts as needed.
  • No coding experience is required to get started because of the included AI prompts, but you will need to follow setup instructions, test the scripts, and make adjustments.

Use at Your Own Risk — No Liability

All scripts and templates are provided “as is” and are used entirely at your own risk.

I make no guarantees that the scripts will work for your specific setup, produce any particular results, increase sales, save time, or remain functional indefinitely. I am not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of time, data, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Account flags, restrictions, suspensions, or closures on TPT, WooCommerce, WordPress, social platforms, email providers, or any other service
  • Errors, failed uploads, duplicate actions, or unintended changes to your listings or files
  • Issues arising from iCloud Drive, permissions, browser behavior, cron/LaunchAgent scheduling, or third-party tools

By purchasing or using these templates, you agree that I (Caroline Koehler / Celavora Education) and any associated parties are not liable for any problems, losses, or issues that may arise from their use or adaptation.

Platform Rules, Terms of Service & Compliance

You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the Terms of Service, policies, and rules of every platform you use these scripts with (Teachers Pay Teachers, WooCommerce/WordPress, Shopify, Flodesk, Airtable, Pinterest, Instagram, email providers, etc.).

Automation tools that interact with websites (especially via browser automation) can sometimes trigger security measures, rate limits, or policy reviews. It is your responsibility to:

  • Review each platform’s current Terms of Service and automation guidelines before running any script at scale.
  • Start with small tests (one product or a few items) before running store-wide operations.
  • Monitor your accounts and logs after each run.
  • Never use these scripts in a way that violates platform rules or could be considered spam, scraping abuse, or unauthorized access.

I strongly recommend reading the official seller guidelines and support documentation for each platform you automate.

No Technical Support or Customization Help

I built these for my own stores and am sharing the templates so you can move faster than I did when I started. I do not provide technical support, debugging help, or one-on-one customization for individual buyers.

  • Please do not email me your computer details, folder paths, error messages, or login credentials.
  • I will not log into your accounts or adjust scripts for your specific environment.
  • The included AI prompts and setup guides are your primary resources for personalization. Many buyers successfully adapt the scripts using Claude or similar tools with the provided templates.

If you need hands-on help, consider hiring a developer or working through the course materials on prompting and “vibecoding” techniques.

Licensing, Refunds & Sharing

  • This is a single-user, non-transferable license for your personal or business use only. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or sublicense the scripts or templates (or modified versions) to others.
  • All digital products in this bundle are non-refundable due to the nature of downloadable digital content. This follows standard industry practice for TPT and similar platforms.
  • You may adapt the scripts for use in your own stores and workflows. You may not claim the original templates as your own or resell them.

Best Practices for Safe & Successful Use

To get the most out of these templates while protecting yourself:

  1. Read the included README or setup guide for each script.
  2. Use the provided Claude prompt to generate a personalized version for your setup.
  3. Test on a small number of products or in a safe/test environment first.
  4. Keep backups of your original files and data before running any automation.
  5. Review logs after every run so you know exactly what changed.
  6. Keep your browser, Python environment, and dependencies reasonably up to date.
  7. Run scripts during off-peak hours when possible and monitor for any platform notifications.

All orders are processed using a secure server (SSL).  Caroline Koehler’s Celavora Education does not store any payment information on their servers.
