This resource is great to use and complete with a student one-on-one or sometimes with a pair of students, if applicable. It is a great tool to use to have open communication when discussing behaviors, reasons, and appropriate ways to respond in the future. Finally, it is great to keep for documentation and to send home to parents so they are aware of what is taking place in the classroom or at school.
Pam K. –
This resource is wonderful for helping younger students understand behaviors and how to deal with situations in acceptable ways.

These responses were exactly what I needed to help a few students who were not reacting appropriately or productively to other interventions I tried. The forms are developmentally-appropriate and accessible, but also have an “official” feeling that gave the weight necessary to encourage students to change their inappropriate behaviors. I highly recommend this resource!

I have used these for my students who need to take a 5 minute break. They are helpful and get them back on track.

Great for students to stop, think, and aid in problem-solving and self-management!
