Traffic light behavior chart visuals help students learn how to regulate their behaviors and meet behavior goals so that they can learn and grow.
Description
Use a traffic light behavior chart to help students learn the appropriate behavior and classroom expectations.
Students who require continually need reminders or prompts greatly benefit from this tool.
If you have a student who is off task and under motivated in regards to his or her behavior, then I highly recommend the use of this visual.
Premade incentives and consequences provide the student and teacher team with the ability to select appropriate motivators for daily work and activities.

Great for students who need a little more motivation or for students who have behavior plans.
I often include these in IEPs for students who have a behavior goal. I recommend printing these in color, laminating and cutting out.
Then attach Velcro to the Traffic Light behavior chart.
I utilize these often for students with autism in the general education classroom.
The visual aids allow them to see the goal along with how many more prompts they are allowed.
This behavior management system works to associate a desired reward with compliance.
Having an established consequence also clearly defines the outcome of misbehavior.
This is part of an interactive behavior board set. Click here to see all the reward charts!
Please note that the rubrics, consequences, and incentives are the same as those included in the Chance Behavior Management Boards: Daily Visual with Rubric.
