If you’ve never been involved in harvest time now is your chance to experience a bird’s eye via thanks to the advance technology of a drone.  Filmed and edited by Cleve Koehler, the video shows the steps from corn field to grain bin.  Recorded in the beautiful fields of West Central Indiana the footage is mesmerizing.  Click the link below to enjoy!  Leave feedback below if you have suggestions for future drone videos for Cleve to make.

Cleve’s father, Jeff, purchased a drone to monitor fields during the growing season.  Jeff has thousands of acres of crops to monitor.  Being able to send the drone up and take video and pictures of the fields that he can then analyze any weed issues, see color variations in plants which would indicate a possible fertilizer issue, or determine is some replanting might need to occur.  Jeff anticipates that this will save time and help increase yields.  But of course, there are many need images that the drone can capture just for fun too!
