Alphabet proper letter formation bundle teaches handwriting for uppercase and lowercase letters with alphabet tracing sheet set by using rhymes for letter formation, videos, and worksheets.
Description
Alphabet proper letter formation tracing and writing worksheets and poems for both the 26 uppercase and lowercase letters are fun and energizing.
This handwriting instruction is for all young writers including general education students, students with disabilities such as autism, ADHD, ADD, or a learning disability!
As a parent, preschool, PreK, or kindergarten teacher you are tasked with the job of not only teaching children what the abcs are and how to write the letters of the alphabet but how to form the letters correctly.
But teaching children the proper way to write is challenging for all involved
So, I created catchy songs made up of short, rhyming poems to explain the way each lowercase letter of the alphabet is formed.
Alphabet Proper Letter Formation Bundle includes
- Instructional posters of each lowercase letter (print and script)
- Instructional posters of each uppercase letter (print and script)
- A single poster with all 26 lowercase abcs (printed on an 8 ยฝโ * 14โ page)
- A single poster with all 26 uppercase abcs (printed on an 8 ยฝโ * 14โ page)
- Printable work pages for lowercase letters (print and script)
- Printable work pages for uppercase letters (print and script)
- Letter formation writing videos for lowercase letters
- Letter formation writing videos for uppercase letters
- Mp3 audio clips of each alphabet writing song
Each alphabet letter has a short video that shows how to write the letter while the rhyme is sung.
The printables include 26 cards of alphabet letters with a solid letter, the words to the rhyme, and clip art to represent each letter.
A traditional print set of printables for your students to practice tracing and writing (one set with handwriting line guides and another without).
Also included is the same type of set for script writing.
I use the practice tracing pages along with posters to make writing journals.
These alphabet proper letter formation sheets and songs are also used for students with
- special needs
- autism
- other health impairments
- specific learning disabilities
- cognitive disabilities
- young learners
This set can also be useful for students, families, and teachers to use during distance learning or e-learning days.

Great for reinforcing proper letter formation.

Quality of songs wasn’t quite what I was expecting. I was hoping for something with background instrumental music to go with the posters. The media files are what I can just do on my own and aren’t an extra enhancement in my opinion. The posters are good though.

I used this with students who were having a difficult time really grasping the concept of some of the letter formations and this really helped them remember the formation of some of the shapes!

This was very engaging for my little one. She does not have an exceptionality, and I actually did not realize that this was meant for children/students with special needs. However, my daughter is only 3, and this was a great was for her to catch on to letter formation. her upper case B’s stopped looking like upper case D’s within 48 hours of watching the cute little videos with the songs, and we only used it for about 5 to 6 minutes each day. Thank you. So cute.
