Using the forms for the Functional Behavior Assessment Summary can drastically reduce the amount of time required to complete an FBA.
I went from spending over 30 minutes per plan to just under 10 minutes!
This is due to the clickable boxes that are preloaded with the most commonly used strategies and supports which drastically reduces your typing time and speeds up your thought process.
Using these forms makes your plan stronger and more complete.

The Functional Behavior Assessment Grids were created to allow the users a quick but successful way to chart behavior.
The most common types of behavior concerns I analyze included a student’s level of engagement, amount and type of physical aggression and work refusals.
I identified the eleven most common behaviors found within these three different behavior concerns and created go-to FBA charts.
Use the Functional Behavior Grids as they are set up or edit them to match the behaviors of concern with your student.
Behavior Intervention Plan support
The Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) is also editable and provides an easy to use chart with many choices available for the user to click on once again speeding you through the process but ensuring you are efficiently addressing all areas of concern.
